1. LIMU LEAN Peppermint Bark
An all-time favorite holiday treat gets a new (and super simple) twist! Just a few ingredients mixed together and you’ve got protein-packed peppermint bark on hand!
Ingredients
• 1 packet, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
• 1 tbsp., coconut oil
• 1/8 tsp., peppermint extract
• 1 tbsp., water
• 1 crushed candy cane and/or red and green sprinkles
Directions
1. Mix LIMU Lean packet, coconut oil, water and peppermint extract in a bowl (double or triple recipe if needed).
2. Place a layer of plastic wrap over a plate.
3. Pour the mixture onto the plastic wrap in an even layer (it doesn’t have to be perfect).
4. Top with crushed candy cane pieces and/or red and green sprinkles, and place in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour (or until hard).

Directions:
1. Mix protein powder and Greek yogurt.
2. Add water as needed to thin out to your liking.

• ½ cup, LIMU LEAN Dutch Chocolate or Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
• ½ cup, whole wheat flour or rolled oats
• ½ cup, mashed banana
• 1 cup, egg whites or two whole eggs
Directions:
1. Mix/whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan to medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan and rotate the pan in a circular motion to spread evenly.
3. Cook until bottom is light brown, loosen with a spatula and flip to cook the other side.

Ingredients:
• 2 packets, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
• 1/2 cup, unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup, egg whites (about 8 large eggs)
• 1 cup, pure pumpkin
• 1 cup, rolled oats
• 2 tsp., baking powder
• 2 tbsp., cocoa powder
• 1 ½ tsp., vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup, sweetener of your choice
• 1 tsp., ground cinnamon

Directions:
