“…Flood of emotions…”
“…Surreal…”
“…Beautiful and amazing…”
“…Priceless…”
Words like these are just a few used by 100K Jessica Broadway to describe her all-expenses-paid dream trip to San Francisco with her husband, Josh. Although she had won a smaller prize years ago, Jessica never thought she would win again, and certainly not a luxury dream trip. She poured her heart and soul into writing her updated LIMU Experience story and submitted it without any expectations. So, when she realized her story was being read on stage at LIMU LIVE! Nola, the feelings she felt seemed difficult to describe.
“To hear my story was a flood of emotions from all these years of living less than what I wanted to and here it is. It was moving. To hear my story read and win that trip, it was like a 15-year anniversary trip for my husband and I that we could have never taken on our own.”
Although San Francisco is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, Jessica had never visited the world-famous city for herself. But as it turns out, she had always wanted to visit and explore the Golden City. “It’s always been on my bucket list,” she said. “It’s been on there, but I’ve never really told people about that. I’ve wanted to go there forever and ever.”
On her expectations, Jessica also shared, “There was some anxiety in not knowing what to expect, but it was freeing. Like, I don’t need to plan or worry about anything. As a mom, that was weird for me, because I’m the planner. But the company took care of planning and organizing everything.”
That feeling carried over from the very beginning of her trip. For her, “everything was smooth and easy” as she and her husband arrived at the San Francisco International Airport.
Upon entering the world-renowned Fairmont Hotel, everything impressed them.
“We got to our hotel, and I was like, we get a living room IN the bedroom? The ceilings were 15-feet tall, with luxurious molding and carpet. I was so in love with it all that I brought home pictures for inspiration.”
There was very little that failed to impress Jessica; even the smallest details seemed stunning. “When you go into the Fairmont, everything is pristine with a vintage meets elegant style that’s taken to the next level. It was almost overwhelming, because you don’t know how to react. They really thought of everything. It was just beautiful and amazing.”
Throughout the entirety of the trip, the Broadways made sure to enjoy every sight and each experience they possibly could. Especially its legendary landmarks and popular sights.
“For us, standing there at the Golden Gate Bridge was like a surreal, priceless moment. It was an ‘everything is coming true’ moment. It’s such a bridge, it comes with such history, and everyone knows the Golden Gate Bridge.”
They also visited the world-famous Madame Tussauds wax museum, the rich history of the Dungeon Tour and The Victorian, where the hit Full House family TV shows were filmed. It had long been a childhood dream of hers to see the home in person. The Broadways also enjoyed some of the most delicious restaurants San Fran has to offer and they also took the opportunity to ride the city’s trademark cable cars.
However, it wasn’t merely the sights they enjoyed, it was also each amenity and special event access provided by LIMU along the way.
“We got the $300 gift cards to spend as we wished. We had our sightseeing passes to see things and attractions that are $50 or more per person and that was all included for us. The value of what we got was so much more than just a trip and some amenities. It was a whole dream trip experience! We got an opportunity to sample all of San Francisco at its finest.”
Aside from enjoying a trip that truly exemplified everything that a dream trip is, perhaps the greatest impact was felt afterward with her newfound understanding of the LIMU Experience.
“When I first heard of LIMU and the LIMU Experience, I thought it might be too good to be true. But I also said that even if a little bit of it were true or a possibility — that would be enough for me. But after reaching each of my ranks, earning the BMW, and wining the dream trip, I realized that everything LIMU ever said they were going to do, they absolutely did it! Everything far exceeded my expectations.”
“LIMU has allowed me to have great expectations, because I know that they’re always going to deliver.”
Even more importantly, how did her San Francisco trip affect her team and potential prospects? “Pretty great engagement, because 50 percent of the people who liked, commented or messaged me about my pictures on social media weren’t even a part of LIMU. People that are just in my life that are watching me live the LIMU Experience every day without having to pitch anything to them. It created conversations when I returned home. They got to see that it’s all powered by a great company.”
Her team seemed to be deeply influenced as Jessica said, “My team can’t argue. It gave them hope and belief that if you really do what LIMU says and follow the LIMU System, there’s some big stuff for you to reap. It gave them a renewed home and perspective, that if you show up and do your part, then LIMU will absolutely do theirs.”
So, what would Jessica say to new and existing Promoters who haven’t yet submitted their own LIMU Experience story?
“Do it! If you don’t have a story yet, then you need to start living the LIMU Experience. Live it. Record it. I guarantee you that the stories that get read at LIMU events are from people who leave it all on the page. Your story is worth telling. Just write it down and get it done. Don’t be embarrassed or scared. Even if you don’t win, you win by writing your story and submitting it, because it’s therapeutic.”
