1. Pour into 3-4 oz. popsicle molds.

3. LIMU/BLU FROG/LIMU LEAN Fruit Pops
- ½ cup, blueberries
- 1 cup, chopped strawberries
- 2 medium fresh peaches chopped
- 1.5 cups, LIMU ORIGINAL, BLU FROG or BLU 2
- 1½ packets, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 6 oz., water
- 1 packets, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 5 large chucks of watermelon
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 cup, cold, strong coffee
- 1 packets, LIMU LEAN Dutch Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
- 1 packet, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 4 cups, watermelon (cubed, frozen)
- 1 cup, cucumber (peeled, chopped)
- ¼ cup, lime juice
- ½ cup, skim or soy milk
1. Place chopped fruit in 3-4oz. popsicle molds.
2. Blend LIMU ORIGINAL, BLU FROG or BLU 2 with LIMU LEAN Protein Shake Mix.
3. Pour over fruit until full.
4. Freeze and enjoy (8 servings).
4. LIMU LEAN Watermelon Slush
1. Blend ice and water first.
2. Add shake mix and watermelon, then blend.
5. Mocha Frappa-LIMU
1. Stir and add ice cubes.
2. Add a teaspoon or more of instant coffee to give it a boost!
6. Watermelon-Cucumber LIMU LEAN Shake
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until well blended and smooth.
2. Garnish with a slice of lime (1-2 servings).
