For all the accomplishments that President, Founder, and CEO Gary J. Raser talked about in the first President’s call of 2015, his message was clear. “If you thought 2014 was great, just wait for 2015. It will definitely be the biggest year in our history,” Raser said. “We’re going to BLU it up in 2015!”
Before diving into tips for making 2015 the best year ever, Raser took a few moments to recognize the accomplishments of our LIMU Promoters and the corporate team alike.
In 2014, Promoters across the world worked to change hundreds of thousands of lives by introducing family, friends and others to LIMU and the LIMU Experience. Thousands of Promoters reached new pin ranks and earned hundreds of thousands in product, cash, prizes and trips through their hard work and sharing their LIMU Experience story. In fact, LIMU has awarded over $13 Million in just the last couple of years. It’s no wonder LIMU had the biggest December in company history because of the dedication and hard work of our Promoters!
LIMU Promoters also helped spread the blessings of LIMU far beyond building their businesses and introducing others to LIMU. Through the company’s LIMU GIVES charitable initiative, which is funded by profits from Promoter product sales, LIMU was able to donate significant time and money to multiple charitable organizations in the Orlando area. Among the accomplishments made possible by LIMU GIVES, thousands of meals were donated and served in local shelters, thousands of foster children were able to celebrate Christmas, and hundreds of homeless families were able to be homeless no longer.
LIMU’s Promoters were able to accomplish these tasks in part because of the solid foundation of state-of-the-art materials created by LIMU’s in-house marketing and branding team, which garnered 108 awards in a wide variety of categories in 2014, among those being The Stevie Award for Best New Consumer Product of 2014 for BLU 2.
“I don’t know how many consumer products were introduced in 2014, but I know there’s only one winner and it’s our new LIMU ENERGY product, BLU 2,” Raser said of the accomplishment. “I learned a long time ago that unless you’re the lead dog, the view never changes. So we’re going to be the lead dog as long as we can, and in everything we can.”
Raser also emphasized the sheer amount of work that the marketing and branding teams accomplished in 2014 in order to provide LIMU Promoters with the best marketing support in the industry. 24 new videos, 7 major photography shoots, 9 major free corporate events and all new packaging – all in the span of 12 short months – are just a few of the significant accomplishments by the team.
As always, our President shared solid business tips with all of LIMU Nation listening. Prime among them, he emphasized the need to lead for the benefit of others, just as strongly as a leader would expect in return.
“Are you the kind of upline you wish you had? Be the right upline. Lead how you want your team to produce, ” Raser said. It’s one important way that each of our Promoters can have the best year of their lives!
