    I seriously want to better myself and take this to the next personal level! I have bad havits, eat wrong foods & always feel sluggish. I want to take this challenge to prove i can be the old me & even better me. If i can do this i can aspire & inspise others too as well!! I dont have money for yoga clothing or even a car, so my challenge is much harder than others because i dont have the luxury as most BUT im going to prove that WONT stop me nor get in the way, in fact this should better me even though i cant lift weights or take classes. I can still get fit in my own environment and lifestyle. Thank you for this opportunity and this helps encourage me to get on the ball. I just hope i could share my experiences with others too.
