Michael Strickland, Winnfield, LA
As a paramedic for over 20 years, I’ve seen firsthand the results of poor nutrition. I have always strived to take good care of myself and teach my family to do the same. At the same time, I’ve worked hard all of my life to provide for my family and as a paramedic have held multiple jobs at the same time. I realized last year that no matter how hard I worked or how many hours I put in, there is still only a certain amount of money I can make. Friends Rusty and Angie Barton, along with another friend, Don O’bryan, had shown the LIMU plan to us and I saw the potential to both be healthy and secure my family’s future. I joined with the Fastrack last summer and started promoting LIMU pan time while continuing to work two full time paramedic jobs, 24-hour shifts and averaging 120 hours a week.
My part time job with LIMU has now become my passion and the extra income has allowed me to only have to work part-time as a paramedic. I have qualified for my BMW paid for by LIMU and am well on my way to retiring as a paramedic and working my LIMU business on a full time basis and never miss another one of my child’s ballgames again. My wife, Jean, and I realize we can help more people with LIMU than we can with our current healthcare jobs. That’s why I, Michael Strickland, am LIMU!
