When I started on the LIMU LEAN Study, I wanted to loose 20 pounds. I started walking and replacing 2 meals a day with the wonderful chocolate shakes. It was not hard at all drinking the shakes, eating my snacks between shake times, drinking the great tasting appetite suppressant every day and eating one good meal per day. After a few weeks, it was hard for me to eat 1200 calories per day.
I was on the study for 15 weeks and lost 21.8 pounds and 6 inches in my waist. I’m still doing the same thing I was doing for 15 weeks and have lost 25 pounds to date.
