Developed jointly by The Limu Company, a fast-growing global company in the nutritional industry, and Rowdy Gaines, 3-time Olympic Champion and America’s foremost swimming ambassador, Rowdy’s Kidz is a wellness initiative focused on helping America’s youth create healthier lifestyles and more confident futures.
Kids today need positive role models, and there is no better person to motivate children to do their very best than Rowdy Gaines, a role model for all time. As the Executive Director of Rowdy’s Kidz, Rowdy embodies the commitment, dedication and sacrifice that it takes to be a champion in the truest sense of the word. Beyond his remarkable successes in the pool, Rowdy has a unique passion for helping children make healthy choices in terms of both activity and nutrition.
The Rowdy’s Kidz program was created to help children better understand the value of having an active lifestyle, making healthier nutritional choices and expressing the positive can-do attitude that champions share. Free Rowdy’s Kidz swim clinics are scheduled through swim team coaches based on Rowdy’s availability.

A Charitable Initiative of The Limu Company
Rowdy’s Kidz is an important element of the For Goodness Sake charitable initiative funded by The Limu Company. As part of that initiative, the Rowdy’s Kidz swim clinics are absolutely free to all of the children participating.
The Limu Company and Rowdy Gaines are focused on the For Goodness Sake mission … to provide a better tomorrow for those less fortunate; to encourage TLC Members around the world to do small, random acts of kindness in their respective communities; to give hope to those who need it most; to provide for others what we can, for as long as we can … because sometimes there comes a point in life when all someone needs is what they don’t have: a little bit of hope.
Since 2007, The Limu Company has contributed a percentage of all sales to its For Goodness Sake campaign, funding charitable non-profit partners such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Meals on Wheels, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and many others. TLC reaches out with a hands-on approach that creates real partnership with our partners, and Rowdy and our TLC corporate staff give generously of their time to help our partners meet their needs.
